I seen an article this week that referred to Dopamine Hacking- using intense hobbies or caffeine to quieten your mind. I can confidently say I do this everyday-and my vice is coffee. Now millions of people have a coffee first thing in the morning, nothing unusual there. But for someone with ADHD who can wake up with a million thoughts...

So its been a crazy, hectic, non-stop few weeks, and all in all its been exhausting and draining. The new job has had its ups and downs and I'm still learning loads about it and at the same time feel I'm setting a good tone with the people there. Its all about trust- they need to trust me to guide...
